Restless Lens Week 27: July 1 - 7

Subway portraits, signage, puddles, umbrellas... my calling card.

Another week, another collection of New York moments. This week's set includes a few classic street photography tropes—puddle reflections, umbrellas, and my usual assortment of subway portraits—but I've long since made peace with the fact that those are subjects I genuinely enjoy.

Lately I've also been keeping an eye out for interesting signs, as I'm gathering material for a future article on signage in street photography. And next week? Things are about to get a little more international. A good portion of the collection will be coming from Arequipa, Peru. (I'm doing another veterinary vaccination project.)
