A weekly look at what caught my eye

It's Week 2 of Restless Lens Weekly, and the experiment continues.
I’m already appreciating the shift from a daily mandate to a weekly rhythm. There’s less pressure to produce and more freedom to just notice—to let the images reveal themselves instead of hunting them down. My shoulder may be headed for enforced downtime, but my eye is still very much in the game.
This past week, my restless lens was drawn to small moments and visual oddities—the kind of scenes that don’t announce themselves, but reward you if you slow down long enough to notice. Some are quiet, some are a bit gritty, some a little strange, and a few made me stop mid-walk and think, well, that’s interesting.

As always, there’s no grand theme here beyond the streets, the subway, and a moody photo of my cat Glitter.

Here’s what caught my eye this week.
