Restless Lens Week 39: Sept 23 - 29. Street photography plus... fruit?

Week 39 of The Restless Lens is in the books, which means we’re now officially three-quarters of the way through the year. How did that happen?

This week’s collection can probably best be summed up as street photography, plus... fruit.

There are plenty of my usual New York observations—people, a dog (with a pink tail), pigeons, and assorted urban moments that caught my eye. But I also spent an afternoon at an orchard, and apparently when you put a photographer in a place surrounded by apples and grapes, the inevitable happens.

You photograph the fruit.

So this week, the streets of New York share space with a little bit of the countryside.
